Its what happens to ANYONE who moves thier body regularly and eats with, in what our culture, I would call great moderation. Be your own expert on feeling better. Walk, dance, climb, surf, skate, ski, box, jump, swim, run, bike, skateboard, bootcamp, lift, throw, bend…All these verbs belong to everyone and none of you need a specialization of degree to do any of them. Don’t wait for someone to take your hand if you feel like crap in your own skin. DO something.
Alright people, tomorrow night we’re at Eagle Rock Recreation center. 6:30pm. Hills, medicine balls are the anvil, and I am the hammer! Lets burn it up!

Thurs 6:30pm at Rio de Los Angeles State Park, to the left of the main soccer field. and Saturday morning at 8, I’ll lead a looong, calorie burning tryst through over tand throug and around Griffith Park. Meet at the Greek Lot, setting out at 8am
